| Business Visas are needed if you are traveling for any of the following reasons: | | For the purpose of business such as marketing research, business negotiations, pilot operation of export machines, etc… | | | | 1. ORIGINAL PASSPORT | | Applicant must submit their current passport. NOTE: Passport must have at least one blank visa page and must not expire within the next six months. PASSPORT PHOTOS | | Applicant must submit one (1) passport photograph. These may be obtained at many Post Offices, Kinkos, Mailboxes Etc or similar locations. | | | 4. BUSINESS LETTER | | Applicant must submit a Business Cover Letter from a U.S. company indicating purpose of travel, duration and moral and financial responsibilities. LETTER OF INVITATION | | Applicant must submit Letter of Invitation from the inviting party or organization. The letter should introduce the applicant, detail the purpose of the trip, provide dates of the visit and be signed by a company officer with contact details included. | | | 6. ITINERARY | | Computer generated flight itinerary from the airline or travel agency, and/or copy of airline ticket. | | | | 7. NON U.S. CITIZENS | | If applicant is a non-US citizen legally in the US, applicant must submit a notarized copy of valid Alien Registration Card (Green Card), Visa, or other proof of legal status in the United States, with permission for re-entry. | | | 8.
