2) Educational purposes such as professors, scientists or researchers attending museums, cultural activities, conferences or seminars.
3) To participate in an amateur competition, sports or otherwise, where there is no paid admission or compensation received.

| | 3. PASSPORT PHOTOS | | Applicant must submit one (1) passport photograph. These may be obtained at many Post Offices, Kinkos, Mailboxes Etc or similar locations. |
| | 4. ITINERARY | | Computer generated flight itinerary from the airline or travel agency, and/or copy of airline ticket. |
| | 5. LETTER OF INVITATION | | Applicant must submit Letter of Invitation from the inviting party or organization. The letter should introduce the applicant, detail the purpose of the trip, provide dates of the visit and be signed by a company officer with contact details included. |
| | 6. NON U.S. CITIZENS | | If applicant is a non-US citizen legally in the US, applicant must submit a notarized copy of valid Alien Registration Card (Green Card), Visa, or other proof of legal status in the United States, with permission for re-entry. |
