For those individuals interested in seeking employment in the UK must apply for a Work Visa and must have received a Work Permit from a UK employer.

If you are applying for a Work Visa, you will need to supply us with the following documentation:

 1. A fully completed and signed VAF1 application – printed out and paid for online

 2. The official work permit granted by your employer at least eight weeks before you begin work

 3. A current passport, travel document, or US re-entry permit

 4. Your immigration status- (i.e. Valid US Alien Registration Card, Valid I94, Valid I20, Valid DS2019, Valid Visa for the United States, Valid I-512)

 5. One full-faced passport-size photo

 6. Evidence that you have the necessary qualifications and experience to execute the job that you have been issued a work permit for.

 7. Evidence that he/she can handle the cost of his/her own maintenance and accommodations and that of any dependents during the time of employment (evidence would be in the form of a bank statement).

 8. That he/she intends to leave the UK on completion of the job.

PLEASE BE SURE TO INCLUDE ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS PLUS COPIES OF ALL REQUESTED DOCUMENTS THAT SUPPORT YOUR APPLICATION.

Once you have gathered all of your documentation, you will need to ship it or hand deliver it to us (hand delivery is only available for customers in the Los Angeles area) so that we can submit your application to the Los Angeles British Consulate the following business day.

We also require customers to submit a pre-paid shipping label from Fed-Ex, UPS, DHL or the Post Office so that we can ship all documents back in a timely manner.
Our fee to expedite your UK visa is $100.00. We accept personal checks, money orders or cashier’s checks.
